Panic on PC Device

I am getting the following panic and am stuck on where to look for the
problem. The situation is that I have a compact PCI card installed on a
riser in an Ultra 30. The riser allows CPCI cards in a regular PCI Bus.
This card is a 66-Mhz card and I use the 66Mhz Bus. What I'd like to know
is what kind of things can I check on. Are there any parameters tucked away
in the Open boot or kernel areas that can either ignore or explain the
error. Are there any tools to probe a PCI Bus? I'd first like to know what
the "PCI primary error: Master Abort" is
and if there is a way to work around it. It says warning but Solaris 2.8
panics
anyway. Is there a way to mask the errors or at least find out why they
occur. The
card vendor is a German company and is hard to get any response from them.
Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I am running Solaris 2.8 and have up to
the current
(108528-17) kernel patch installed.
        Thanks,
            Don
