Environment: Ultra 1 Creator with PlexWriter cdrw
Problem: I've just installed Solaris 9. After the installation, I'm
getting the following message repeatedly on the console. The system
cannot be sucessfully booted into multi-user level.
WARNING: genunix: Device sd6 failed to power up.
Reboot or contact systems administrator.
sd6 is my cdrom. The cdrom is working fine. I even re-installed
Solaris 9 again. I've seen the same error from the posting on
sunsolve.sun.com but there is no fix or work-around. Help!
Anybody seen this?
