Hi everyone,
Sorry to post this off-topic question but I
have exhausted all of my choices.
We have an old Alexandria 4.5 patch level
52, backup system which we have not used for
over two years. Some tapes which contain
data have been assigned by the software to
be recycled and it shows as EMPTY on the
list. We know that the tapes contain data
which we really need to recover. Is there a
way to make the software (Alexandria) to
accept the tape to be FULL so we can restore
them?
I will appreciate any help in this regard,
