Hi All,

I'm using named 4 on Solaris 2.6 (dunno if its BIND or Solaris bundled
DNS). Here is the problem, I remove of one the hosted domain in my
server by moving db.domain.com in a subdirectory, remove it's entry in
the named.boot and db.xx.xxx.xxx (reverse lookup) then restart named.
Then point the domain name from netsol to other hosting company.
Ironically, there's an order to return it back to it's original hosting
company (ours) so I did the opposite which is point it back to us, move
db.domain.com to /var/named and return the entry to named.boot and
db.xx.xxx.xxx. Unfortunately it can't be resolve anymore neither from
our LAN or the internet. I checked my previous configuration and it
looks pretty the same. Can anyone help me on how can I check what's
wrong?

Yes. it's ip based.

Thank you.
