IPlanet Web Server 6.0 Internal Error

iPlanetTM Web Server 6.0

I am tyring to change the Maximum Heap Size
on Iplanet. I get the following error:
Internal Error
The administration server was unable to
fulfill your request. I recycled the
web-server and the amin-server... still no
good.

Does anyone know what this error is? Or
does anyone know how I can change the
Maximum Heap Size on the config files by
editing them? Is there a limit on how large
the entry for CLASSPATH is (see my entry
below.. it is pretty large)?
