Netbackup and NIC load balancing

Hi sunmanagers!

I have a question concerning Netbackup Datacenter 3.4 and NIC load balancing.
We have a v880 SUN Server running Netbackup Datacenter 3.4 on Solaris 8.
We have 2 gigabit interfaces and we want to configure them to do load balancing on incoming requests. (so we can use both interfaces in our backup LAN)
Does anyone know how we should do this?
We tried to plumb the other NIC, located in the same subnet, but then the netbackup daemons crash.
Is there any way we can configure this?
