Change Date Format of ls

Subject: Change Date Format of ls

I am trying to change the Date format on the ls to use numbers, instead of the standard 3 number abrev.
e.g.
-rw------- 1 user group 1480 Nov 26 12:51 testfile
-rw------- 1 user group 1480 11 26 12:51 testfile

Any help would be appreciated, thanks...
