Volume Manager issue

Hi, experts.

I'm using an E450 with Solaris 2.6 and Sun Enterprise Volume Manager 2.6,
last recommended and security patches installed.
Everytime I boot the system, Solaris doesn' t seem to recognize a particular
disk, this is, fsck doesn't find the associated /dev entry. I have made an
script to forcibly start this volume, and mount the file system associated.
This works with no problems. This device is a LUN created using HW raid. The
system access the disk using san SW from Compaq, cause we use a fiber
channel switch; I had a look at some documentation, and I think this
behaviour is due to a missconfiguration of fcaw driver; that is, maybe I
should set different values in scsi parameters, to force the system
recognizing the disk later in the boot process.

Have anybody seem this issue before? Any other suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Ana Estuardo.
