SUMMARY-2: df displays wrong numbers

Dear sun-managers,

a couple of weeks ago I asked a question about df displaying wrong
numbers for a 300GB filesystem.

After posting my first summary (which did not contain a solution for
the problem) I recieved a couple of additional comments. One of them
came from Albert White which contained the solution for the problem:

Quoting from his mail: "Not sure if its applicable but bugid
"4278679 df -k gives incorrect output in SEVM 2.6 in case of fs
  size > 200GB" is fixed in 106541-12."

Last week we upgraded the machine to the current Solaris 7 patchcluster
(which contains 106541-23) and the problem went away. It seems that
one may be hit by bug 4278679 even if one is not using the Sun Enterprise
Volume Manager.

Thanks again to all who offered their help,

Jan-Olaf
