Thanks everyone for the info on that issue.
The problem was with the disksuite installation on the original machine.
The soluation at this case ,was to boot from cdrom and remove the entries of
disksuite from /etc/system and /etc/vfstab. After that , i install the
disksuite from scratch.

Hi,
You have taken the image of a mirrored system disk machine. The new
system is trying to boot from a mirror which is not yet defined so the
machine panic.

Suggestions:
  - Should take an image of a non mirrored system disk, and reinstall
the new machine.
  - boot the already installed system from network, mount the root disk
and edit the /etc/vfstab , /etc/system files to let the new system not
to boot from the mirror.

Hope this helps.

Please post a SUMMARY to let us know how did you solve your problem.

Osama Ahmed

Subject: Flash archive problem on SUN Fire 280R

I have SUN Fire 280R with Solaris 8 02/02 CORE installation,
with 2 disks mirrored by DiskSuite:
 2 CPU x 900
 RAM -2048M
 2 DISK X 36G

I run a Flash Archive on that machine and the archive image
transferred to a jumpstart machine.(Jumpstart - Solaris 8 02/02, Full
OEM).
I tried then to install another 280R machine (with exactly the same
hardware
configuration) from the jumpstart with this archive. The error I get by
the
end of the installation is as follows:
