NFS time out

Hi Managers,

I have a SUN Ultra2 intranet server as a NFS client
mounting a directory from HP box. I am mounting the
directory with the following command:

mount -F nfs -o noquota,hard
<nfs_server>:/<exported_dir> /<mount_point>

I have html files on the nfs mounted directory and my
perl script (cgi script) displays selected file one at
a time.
The problem is I have to restart the NFS client
everyday.Also I see the following messages in the
messages file.
Nov 13 09:52:18 osa03 nfs: [ID 563706 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxx ok
Nov 13 09:52:22 osa03 nfs: [ID 333984 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxx not responding still trying
Nov 13 09:53:05 osa03 nfs: [ID 563706 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxx ok
Nov 13 09:53:52 osa03 nfs: [ID 333984 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxxx not responding still trying
Nov 13 09:53:52 osa03 nfs: [ID 563706 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxx ok
Nov 13 09:54:22 osa03 nfs: [ID 333984 kern.notice] NFS
server xxxxx not responding still trying
 
How can I keep this online everytime?.

Any tips appriciated.
