SunMans,
Could you share your experience with customer support software (providing
call tracking, contact management, collaboration and notifications),
preferably open source. The front end could be anything, be it an X client,
a Windoze client, or a web interface.
I am not looking for a pure IT support solution, but something that would
be adapted to external customer support, while still being usable for
internal IT trouble tickets.
I am hoping that there is a CRM package out there, known to be "the"
solution for this kind of thing.
