We plan to upgrade our SUN E450 and A1000. The E450 currently have 8 X128
MB RAM and A1000 have 16MB cache. We plan to put another 1Gb RAM and 64 MB
cache on A1000.
My questions are:
1. E450 total have 16 RAM slots and 8 of them have been used. Which RAM
should I use X7004 (128 MB) or X7005 (256 MB)?
2. mix different type ot RAM is O.K.?
3. Is it easy for me to install RAM on E450 or I need SUN engineer help?
4. Is it easy to install 64 MB cache on A1000?
