Boot sun ultra 10 from cisco 2509

Hello,

I have an Sun Ultra 10 and a Cisco 2509. I connect port 3 of
CAB-OCTAL-ASYNC (octapus) of Cisco to serial A of Sun Ultra 10 with a
(cisco satin) roll over cable and a (cisco) modem adapter.
I boot Sun and it hangs up after

Oct 31 18:04:26 sun10 genunix: [ID 936769 kern.info] se0 is

and before

Oct 31 18:14:28 sun10 unix: [ID 987524 kern.info] cpu0:
SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi (upaid 0 impl 0x12 ver 0x13 clock 333 MHz)

I used an old vt320 and I managed to boot it.

I followed what is in

Can you think anything I'm doing wrong?
