Help needed with modload /kernel/fs/wfs returned 28

All, I have E450 running Solaris 7 and we just installed kernel 106541-20 and now am getting the following error message, I have searched the history and found that someone has had this problem before but I cannot locate the resolution. Please help as this is impacting a production system

ERROR: modload /kernel/fs/wfs returned 28
ERROR: Failed to start.
