I have a Ultra 5 with a PCI Bus Dual Ultra-2 wide SCSI host adapter
connected to a UltraSCSI multipack. It has been connected to the system
for 3 years and is populated with 6 18gb drives. Just recently the
workstation is complaining about Targets 4/5/6, all the disks on the
right side of the multipack with the following errors - I have replaced
the SCSI cable but it has not resolved the issue.
