Swap Problem

Hi all.

I have a Sun Ultra 5 running solaris 2.6 at the moment swap ( /tmp ) looks
like this
Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on
swap 815152 24 815128 1% /tmp

but some how it changes to the following

Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on
swap 24 24 0 100% /tmp

can someone please advise why is the swap doing the above. Thanks heaps
