All,
I recently loaded the C compilers and xemacs from the Forte 6 Update 2 cd.
Everything works fine except xemacs takes anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes to
initialize. As soon as you run the xemacs program a window appears but is
blank until xemacs fully initializes. There are no problems with hostname
lookups or subnets. Other gui's such as admintool work fine
