Hi,
I am taking dump from Linux 7.1 to E250-Solaris 5.7 which has
tape drive.
with following script
dump -h 0 -f 192.168.x.x:/dev/rmt/0n /home1/xyz/user1
dump -h 0 -f 192.168.x.x:/dev/rmt/0n /home1/xyz/user2
.
.
.
Dump is going fine.
But while try to restore it from Solaris i am getting segmentation
fault (core dumped ) error.
#ufsrestore -ifs /dev/rmt/0n 2 for user2 restore.
How can i use ufsrestore from solaris which is actually dumped
from linux. I was using ufsdump from another solaris machine and
was able to restore it perfectly.
Help me.
Regards
Gnanu.
