I am trying to build my budget for next year and am looking at continuing education. In the past I have attended conferences like Usenix and Lisa to take the seminars and hear the talks. I have found them very useful for keeping me aware of what is happening in the field. When we work heads down in our environments for a time we tend to miss out on new developments and we need to get out and see what other people are doing and how problems are being solved.
What conferences/classes/workshops have people found helpful for general Sun Solaris administration/management.
