Clock Board Speed

hi all,

We have E-6500 running Solaris 8.
total of 16 CPUs.
CPUs are of 400MHZ but running on 360MHz as clock-board is
running on 84MHz.

Clock-Board has options of running on 84Mhz,90MHz and 100MHz...

Can anyone suggest how to upgrade clock-board speed from 84MHz
to 100MHz
