Is anyone out there running SUN Cluster 3.0 with either Oracle 8i
Parallel Server or Oracle 9i Real Application Clusters? We are running
SUN Cluster 3.0 and RAC and are having Cluster Interconnect latency
issues.
We have been working with SUN and they have told us that 64K is the
largest receive and transmit size that we can use due to a limitation
with dd.
Two questions:
1. Has anyone else run into this issue in a similar configuration and
how was it solved?
2. Has anyone used Virtual Interface Architecture to solve this problem
or used it at all? (There seems to be little specific documentation,
except for this whitepaper:
