SUMMARY: luxadm output weirdness

Turn out it was a simple solution. When I reboot the server I did a boot
-r to recreate the devices. What I failed to do was run "luxadm insert"
and get the new Array info.

% Gurus,
% Typically in the past I have run the luxadm probe command with results

% Everything appears to have booted normally and VM isn't complaining, but
