Dear Sun Managers,
My company had purchased a few V100 machines and I'm
very new to this machine. I need some help to setup
those machines. I've RTFM and go thru the user manual
but still in confusion.
My questions are:
(1) there are 2 ports: LOM and serial port,
which port should I use and what are the
differences?
(2) there is a serial cable comes with this machine,
should I use this for the connection and which
port should I connect to?
(3) If I'm using hypterterm, do I need special cable
and which port should I connect?
(4) If managed to power up the V100. How can I drop
the machine to ok prompt or send break during the
booting up.
