Hello all,
I've got a SunFire 6800 (Solaris 8) which is connected to a Hitachi
SAN system. When I execute a "format" command, it loops infinitely with
the following message (via truss).
readlink("c2t500060E8027D2F00", "c2t500060E8027D2F00", 1024) = 31
readlink("c2t500060E8027D2F00", "c2t500060E8027D2F00", 1024) = 31

If I look in /dev/dsk, I see devices that match this device name,
with the disk number and slice number appended, c2t500060E8027D2F00d66s2
for example. I've tried running "devfsadm -C" to no avail. Has anyone
had a similar problem, and have a possible suggestion? Let me know if I
can provide any additional information, and thanks.
