How to install a .class file ?

Hello,

I just finished to download the software Midnight Commander at BigAdmin
site:

Description page for BigAdmin Software Section.
Midnight Commander
ftp://ftp.sunfreeware.com/pub/freeware/sparc/8/setup_sfw_mc_459s.class
Midnight Commander tool - installs in /usr/local.

I need to install it in /usr/local directory, ok, but I don't know how
to install a .class file ...

Please, can I you help me ?
