howto disable password prompt using "sudo -u username"

Good Morning Managers,

I!/m running Bigbrother as bbuser account, not root.
I need to run a special script which is to monitor Weblogic only as
application account !0srvdev!1
If BB is running as root the following command will work fine.

su - srvdev !0java weblogic.Admin -url t3://srvdev.netthruput.com:7001 -
username sys -password ss!passwd PING!1

I tried to run !0sudo -u srvdev java weblogic.Admin -url
t3://srvdev.netthruput.com:7001 -username sys -password ss!passwd PING.

But it prompted me to enter password for srvdev.
If there is a more refined way to monitor Weblogic process plsease let me
know.
