Jumpstart failure

I am trying to boot a Netra T1 AC 200 off a SUN Blade 100 client configured as a jumpstart server. When I type :

ok boot net - install

I get the following messages :

Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet

I have connected the two machines directly also and can ping each other. I have checked the /etc/bootparams, rpc.bootparamd, nfsd, /etc/hosts and a few other things but nothing seems to be wrong .

What could be going wrong here. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Will summarise.
