ldapadd: object class violation

I am trying to follow the procedures on sunsolve
(article 7966), the following ldapadd command
encountered error:

ldapclient> ldapadd -D "cn=directory manager" -w
dirmanager -h tron -f default8.ldif

adding new entry
cn=default8,ou=profile,dc=test,dc=altera,dc=com
ldap_add_s: Object class violation

Any idea how to fix this?
