Q: I take this error,

Answer:
I download from sunfreeware ;
gcc-3.2-sol8-sparc-local.gz
gunzip gcc-3.2-sol8-sparc-local.gz
Also I installed like,
pkgadd -d gcc-3.2-sol8-sparc-local
