using iws 4.1sp10 on solaris8, with this in
/etc/system:

set rlim_fd_max 32768
set sq_max_size 1600
set tcp:tcp_conn_hash_size 16384

i get this error in the web servers' log file. how do
i fix this?

accepting connection -5971, oserr=24
