How to set up Anonymous ftp server?

I would like to set up an anonymous ftp account
on a Sun server running Solaris 2.9
for customers to login from the internet

Can somebody forward me a step by step procedure
on how to do it?
I can't seem to follow instructions on "man ftpd"

How about some logging capabilities?
I also want to configure it so that when customer
logs in, it says "Welcome to my company etc..."
