E250 vs Ultra 60 --Pl help

Hi ,

I see an affordable difference in price of

E250 --300X2 ,one GB ,18.2 GB * 4 ...
Ultra 60 -- 300X2,512MB ,18.2 GB *2 ...

I presume that both have the same CPU 's .I get more memory and hard disks
to configure RAIDS ,etc .

My concern is that will the E250 consume a lot of power in comparison to an
Ultra 60.
If yes then What factors govern the power consumption ?
In short ,which is a more suitable system for a personal use at HOME.

Any help will be highly appreciated .
