Dear Managers,
can anybody help me to find out what exactly
can cause PS2 fan failure error message in E450.
We have a box E450 (250MHz X 2 cpu,2 18 Gb
HDD, 1gb ram, system running web server). It used to
give PS2 fan failure error messages and system shuts
down .the problem was so frequent (started few months
back) that we thought fan assembly is gone bad .But
problem is still there after replacing disk fan
assembly. What we had as other suspect was temprature
issue .but cooling inside server room is proper
(22'c)and some ten other E3k ,E450s are running fine.
i will summarise..
