Strange Boot Problem

When trying to boot an E220 it seems to hang and doesn't even get to the
POST. I get a black screen.

When I try and TIP into the box, after a few seconds after doing this it
boots. Could this be some hardware problem?

Would explorer be helpful?

Any hints of what this could be?

running Solaris 8 2/02.
