telnet question

Hello,

    I have a question regarding telnet : - -

I configure new workstation. Telnet from any machine to the new workstation
working fine. When I deal-up from home and I try to telnet to the new
machine I cann't but I can telnet to any other machine and telnet from that
machine to the new one. I don't know where is the problem.
