OBP upgrade -> Fast MMU miss

All,

Anyone here got a suggestion what might be wrong with two Ultra 10
workstations ?

333 Mhz one with OBP 3.19.4 1999/04/28 15:05
440 Mhz one with OBP 3.19.4 1999/04/28 15:05

We placed the Ultra5-10 OBP upgrade to 3.31 (patch 106121-16) in the
rootdir, made it executable. Fixed jumper to right position to be able to
flash OBP, but when doing a

boot disk /flash-update-Ultra510-latest

you see the spinning for a few seconds and then get a Fast MMU Miss

So far tried
* slowing cpu down for the 440 -> no effect
* reinstall bootblocks (even though it boots the current sol2.6 on it fine
  without issues) -> no effect
* power hard off, wait, power on -> no effect

the flash update is correct size/md5

with diag-level set to max i see it tries
/usr/platform/SUNW,Ultra-5_10 and then /usr/platform/sun4u and then it
hits the Fast MMU miss.

I have no idea why and ran out of ideas right now, anyone a idea how to
'upgrade' the OBP now, so i can jumpstart the boxes ?

Mark
