Hello!

Thanks to Casper Dik for fast answer:

You need this entry in /etc/vfstab:

        fd - /dev/fd fd - no -

        then run "mount /dev/fd".

The entry was already in the vfstab, but since the directory was non-existent,
it could not be mounted. So I just created the directory and mounted.

Of course I still don't know why the directory disappeared in the first place.
So what.

package SUNWcsd. I can also see the files /dev/stdin, /dev/stdout and
/dev/stderr should be symbolic links to /dev/fd/? but they are non-existent
too.
