I've got a hopefully simple question for everyone..
As you may know from questions past, I have an old Sparc 2. I'm
pricing a network upgrade to 100baseT. In looking thru the available
adapters from Sun and Antares I'm seeing cards that list compatibility
with Sun-4/40/50/60/65/75. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall
that one of those is another way to refer to a Sparc 2. Part 2 of the
question... If one of those cards will be recognized, does anyone know if
RedHat 6.2 will also recognize it? Haven't finished pricing, but I've seen
the X1018A(501-2739) cards going for cheap on ebay, so that may be the
choice.
