I'm trying to install a web server on a Sun Ultra1 with solaris 2.6 and I
have a problem when apache try to load php4 module.
The apache compilation was made with these options and looks good (version
1.3.26):
./configure - -prefix=/usr/local/apache - -enable-module=so
I'm running apache with the user/group apache/apache and everything is ok.
Then, I compiled mysql (version 3.23.51), install, run with user mysql,
everything is ok, so no comment.
But, the main problem was with php 4.2.2. First I configure PHP with these
options:
./configure - -with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs -
-with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
The configure script finished with no error, so I do a make, make install,
and everything seems to be ok.
But when I make an apachectl configtest, apache send me this error:
Syntax error on line 205 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so into server:
ld.so.1: /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd: fatal: relocation error: file
/usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so: symbol ap_block_alarms: referenced
symbol not found
The right for this file are ok (In my mind) ie rwxr-xr-x apache apache
I don't unsterstand exactly why I have this mistake, because the same
installation on a Sun Sparcstation 5 , solaris 2.6, runs for 2 month
without any
problem.
Does anybody encounter this problem ?
Any help would be appreciate.
