How to view current state of kernel parameters

Hi All,

I have set a number of kernel parameters - specifically the IPC
Messaging parameters - and I am interested in monitoring the current
state of those kernel parameters. For example, I set the MSGMNB
parameter and want to monitor what it's "peak" usage is to see if I
should increase the value or lower the value. I would also like to do
this with other parameters.

Is there someway to monitor the current state of kernel parameters?
