performance questions on E10000

Dear Sun Managers,

I've an E1000 with Solaris 2.6.

I'm trying to understand and study the system
performance. When I run vmstat as I've excerpted some
of the result as shown below. I found out "po" column
that has non-zero value. What does this means and
does this indicates that it is a paging activity ? Is

it normal to have always non-zero and what should be
the value be before hitting any performance issue?

Also, when I perform "sar -p", there is also alot of
page fault. Is it a sign of memory resources issue?
