Hello managers:
I did some poking around the archives without much success.
For this application we have a workgroup consisting of several SUN
boxes, Solaris 8, all of which need to print to this printer. The
printer is on our network with an IP address. My question is, where do
I start. Do I need HP Jetadmin software, if so, where do I find it for
Solaris 8? Do I configure one of the boxes as a print server, defining
the printer to the other boxes as a network printer? What is required
to be able to do duplex printing? If someone has a cookbook on how to
do this it would be greatly appreciated. As always, they want it
yesterday......
