Error when launching adminsuite 3.01.

when I launch

/opt/SUNWseam/3.0/bin/admapp

I get this error

A FatalError occured
An RMI remote exception has occured during the authentication exchange
with the management server

And the GUI closes.

I installed the patch 109413-09 but still get the error.

Anyone run into this or know the fix?
