UPS for Sun Fire V880

Hi,

I'm choosing a UPS for Sun Fire V880. The specs say the following:

Maximum AC input
1500 W per power supply

Maximum DC input
1100 W per power supply

AC power
100-240 VAC, 47-63 HZ, 1.48 KVA

The documentation also says there're 3 power supplies, 2 of which have
to be connected, and the 3rd is for reserve. Based on the number
1.48KVA, I determined that APC Smart UPS 2200 is the choice, but the
thing I can't figure out is do I need two such UPS's for each power
supply, or one?
