This may be off slightly off the expertise of the list, but here goes.
I have a volume in veritas that I tried to sync an additional plex with.
After about 9 hours the disk still had not completed it's sync and was in a
Temp wo state. I decided to sync another plex to the volume before I got to
sleep in order to 1. see if the volume was indeed syncable 2. To make sure
that the first plex I added was indeed hosed.
My sync on the second plex completed with out any problem, however when I
try to perform any action on the volume I get the message:
vxvm:vxplex: ERROR: Volume vb60d is locked by another utility
The first plex is still in a temp wo state and I can only assume that the
first plex is causing this problem.
Has any one seen anything like this before??
