Thanks to everyone who replied. I found a fix (?) for this, all i did was
chmod 666 /devices/pseudo/tcp* and put that into start up script. I would
still like to know how come all of my servers except for this one have
/devices/pseudo/tcp* already at mod 666, I did not run any hardening
scripts, didn't change the perms myself, and there is nothing in rc
scripts that would do this.
