Hi all.

I am trying to compile openssl-0.9.6c on Solaris 2.6 operating system, I
have ran a configure with the following option
# ./config --prefix=/usr --openssldir=/usr/openssl

when I am running "make" I get the following error

ld: fatal: ld.so.1: /usr/ccs/bin/ld: fatal: relocation error: file
/usr/ccs/lib/libld.so.2: symbol dbg_mask: referenced symbol not found
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `sub_all'

I have gcc-2_95 installed and also the related packages like ( SUNWlibm,
SUNWhea, SUNWtoo and SUNWtool) I have libld.so.2 in /usr/ccs/bin but not in
/usr/lib, can someone please help me out here, thanks heaps

Imran
