Solaris 2.6 Upgrade to Solaris 8 on E450 with D1000 Array

Dear Managers,

I am having a weird problem with one of our production server (E450), where
we could not able to upgrade the OS from 2.6 to Solaris 8. While upgrading
the OS from Solaris 10/01 CD pack, the following problems have been thrown
..
