Package list

My package list got corrupted and I 'pkginfo' and 'patchadd -p' do not
return an accurate account of the packages and patches I have installed.
I have a similar server with the same applications installed on a
separate network with a count of all packages installed of roughly 500,
wheras the other server has about 79 packages installed (according to
pkginfo) I know that the other packages are installed but it is cousing
problems with dependanies of new software and patches.

Is there a way to rebuild my pkglist? I am assuming that the
information about the packages was deleted from /var/sadm/pkg?

I am running SunOS nmcisdnicw01 5.7 Generic_106541-17 sun4u sparc
SUNW,Ultra-80
on a E420R.

Any comments or ideas will help. TIA
